Provided usage instructions are strictly followed.
You should not:
– Apply Relaxer directly to the scalp
– Wash your hair 3 days prior to the relaxing process
– Apply if your scalp is irritated or injured
– Brush, massage or scratch the scalp for at least 24 hours
– Use on hair that has been treated with curl perm products, relaxers or straighteners that contain Ammonium Thioglycolate or Ammonium Bisulphate

Directions for Relaxer Use:
Step 1:
– Wear gloves
– Conduct a strand test

Step 2:
– Apply Relaxer to new growth only, avoid the scalp and previously relaxed hair

Step 3:
– Smooth from the neckline to forehead
– Requires no more than 15 minutes processing

Step 4:
– Rinse hair with warm water
– For best results, shampoo with Sofn’free Neutralising Shampoo, style as desired

Directions for Use for Neutralising Shampoo Use:
– Use immediately after the relaxing process
– Thoroughly rinse relaxer out of hair with warm water
– Apply Sofn’free Neutralising Conditioning Shampoo to hair and work into rich lather
– If it turns pink, there is still relaxer active in your hair
– Rinse thoroughly and repeat until lather is white, indicating that relaxer is completely removed
– Rinse shampoo out thoroughly
– Apply Sofn’free Reconstructing Conditioner
– Rinse & Style as desired
